How long does it take for my registration to be validated?

You will be notified of your registration confirmation within 48 hours of receiving your application.

How many participants per course?

Each session includes about 10 people to maximize personalized interactions.

I don't have a loyalty program, is that a problem?

No, you don't need to have a loyalty program to take this course. It is designed for people with professional experience in marketing, CRM, customer experience or customer service teams in B2C sectors (Retail, Services, FMCG), among other things, Customer Experience Manager, Head of Customer Service, CRM Project Manager, CRM Manager, Loyalty Manager, CMO.

Will I get a diploma?

No, the course doesn’t issue a diploma and this is not our goal. However, you will receive Numberly's Retail Media Certificate upon completion of the course. And because we believe that interaction creates value, by participating in our Numberly Certificates, you become a member of the Numberly Academy Alumni Club.

How much does the course cost?

2 490 € (excl. taxes) per participant for the five half-days.

Does the course take place remotely or in person?

The next session will take place 100% remotely.
