Bonduelle, OUIGO and Numberly awarded at the Trophées Ecommerce 2023!

Every year, the Trophées Ecommerce competition rewards the best initiatives and most innovative solutions for transforming e-commerce and connected retail.

Numberly was selected in 2 categories.

Media Campaign category - Bonduelle

In the Media Campaign category, Bonduelle and Numberly were awarded a bronze trophy.

To support the launch of its frozen food category, Bonduelle wanted to implement a dedicated Retail Media strategy via a targeted data-driven programmatic media activation.
The solution was to leverage the Carrefour Links cleanroom to set up a 6-month activation for the Bonduelle brand, preceded by a study of its customers.

To optimize the campaign’s impact, the Numberly teams decided to conduct a consumer study with Bonduelle, before launching a retailer data activation media campaign.

To sum up this case study, we can highlight 3 key lessons:

  • The added value of pre-campaign research in building a fine-tuned target that is more likely to generate incrementality, with a view to increasing customer value.
  • The importance of a “red thread” campaign to define and adjust targeting and media strategies throughout the period.
  • The use of retailer data as a CRM strategy enables us to target consumers at the best moment in their purchasing journey, and thus optimize sales.

Data & Personalization category - OUIGO

Numberly and OUIGO were awarded a bronze trophy in the Data & Personalization category for their omnichannel campaign to launch OUIGO’s Train Classique offer: “voyagez train-quille!”

OUIGO chose Numberly to promote its new Train Classique offer to new and existing customers.

Numberly designed and implemented a 4-part omnichannel campaign:

  • A tactical email and push notification campaign, with the creation of a dedicated graphic charter.
  • A collection operation with a game in Swiper format
  • Optimization of automatic email cycles
  • A cohabitation of the two offers in the messages
