1000mercis Impacts

We’re all about making a positive impact, whether it is diversity and gender equity, sharing our knowledge of the marketing and tech world, helping out in the local community or limiting our environmental footprint.

Over the years, Numberly, gender equal by design since the first day of its creation, organized itself to manage skills sponsorships, clothes drive, talks, tree planting and many more actions.
We have named this group 1000mercis impacts.
We are now partnering with Wenabi to provide an engagement platform to all those at Numberly who want to become an agent of change.

We are all for equity!

For the year 2020, we obtained a Gender Equality Index of 97/100.

The score is based on 5 criteria:

  • gender pay gap
  • gender gap in raises
  • gender gap in promotions
  • number of employees that received a raise after coming back from maternity leave
  • gender equality among the top 10 highest salaries.

Numberly’s high score reflects the group’s core commitment to parity.

Our social responsibility also aims at stimulating diversity in the French Tech environment. Numberly is committed to The Galion Project and supports their Gender Equity Charter.
