We are aware of the need for an ecological and societal transition. We strive to have a positive impact on our teams, our customers and partners, and the society in which we work. We are socially, ecologically and economically responsible. We set clear and realistic priorities: we favor the professional development of our teams and have created a dedicated group to tackle these issues.
We’re all about making a positive impact, whether it is diversity and gender equity, sharing our knowledge of the marketing and tech world, helping out in the local community or limiting our environmental footprint.
Over the years, Numberly, gender equal by design since the first day of its creation, organized itself to manage skills sponsorships, clothes drive, talks, tree planting and many more actions.
We have named this group 1000mercis impacts.
We are now partnering with Wenabi to provide an engagement platform to all those at Numberly who want to become an agent of change.

Tower Hamlets Education Business Partnership
The UK Numberly office has collaborated with the Tower Hamlets Education Business Partnership, the charity supports children within the borough of Tower Hamlets who come from less socially mobile backgrounds, and who often have little exposure to adults within business. They aim to build their confidence and improve their skills with an aim that these skills will aid them in their future aspirations.
“Working with THEBP was a wonderful experience. The children were very motivated and prepared. They all had great ideas, clear speech and a bright future ahead.”

The French Numberly office is beginning to collaborate with Label Ecole, a school that is part of the Emmaüs network. They provide basic training for e-business CDP in order to include motivated people who may need help. Numberly will be taking part in this adventure by offering our teams opportunities to teach their skills to the students of Label Ecole. So far Margaux L. has given a day to explain laws around marketing and data protection, and Jaime A. N., has given an introduction to digital creative tools.
“It was a very satisfying experience: sharing my knowledge and seeing how this information would impact the working lives of people in career transition.”

The French Numberly office has been collaborating with the non-profit Télémaque which acts to improve the playing field of young students coming from modest backgrounds, through cultural day-outs, orientation days to discuss professional opportunities, etc. 7 young adults have been tutored and supported in 2019 by 7 people from Numberly. Hela N. (Team I&A) has shot a video for them to introduce a day in the life of a data analyst and her background to inspire the young adults.
“So it was a very good experience, but also a difficult one as I had to make the video remotely. The team I worked with were super cool and helpful and I had a really good time! It was a pleasure for me to help and I hope the video will be useful for young students who don’t know what to do in life.”
