At Numberly, through different initiatives, we aim to promote social inclusion and boost parity — both within the tech ecosystem and in the wider community. Our commitment to gender equality and diversity begins at the hiring stage, with parity in employment, compensation and promotion. We believe that a balance of men and women at all levels and in all professions contributes to strengthening Numberly’s collective intelligence.
We also pay special attention to providing an inclusive work environment and necessary adjustments as needed for employees with disabilities. Additionnally, we take part in the Duo Day initiative, and also train our teams with dedicated handicap inclusion and accessibility workshops.
As a player in this ecosystem, we are specifically concerned with gender equity in the tech industry. As part of our commitment, we have signed The Galion Project Gender Agreement, and we also sponsor the Pyladies developers conference. In 2024, we achieved a score of 97/100 on the professional equality index between women and men, based on the following criteria:
- gender pay gap,
- gender gap in raises,
- gender gap in promotions,
- number of employees that received a raise after coming back from maternity leave,
- gender equality among the top 10 highest salaries.
Opportunities are the same for men and women: we strongly encourage our employees, regardless of their gender, to grow and evolve within Numberly’s businesses. Promotions are awarded to both men and women equally, and maternity and parental leave do not impact development.
Our commitments:
● Take action for social inclusion
● Boost parity and diversity in the Tech ecosystem
● Give preference to suppliers with a socially inclusive approach
