Winner in the Personalisation category - Numberly & Philips Hue

In a highly competitive market, it is crucial for companies to rely on rational and effective advertising campaigns to avoid losing revenue. This is made possible by clean rooms technologies, which enable data to be used in new and more relevant ways.

These include :

  • Targeting consumers who have clicked on sponsored ads but not made a purchase
  • Suggesting relevant keywords to these same consumers to encourage them to make a purchase
  • Identify consumers who have consulted at least 3 product pages in order to retarget them
  • Target consumers who have added products to their basket without completing the purchase.

Numberly used this strategy to target the Philips Hue audience, and the results were very satisfactory. In particular, it has enabled :

  • better returns on advertising investment by retargeting the consumers concerned
  • outperform traditional retargeting by 5 points in terms of ROAS
  • a ROAS of 22.2 for retargeting after adding to the shopping basket

Winner in the Analysis & Datavisualization category - Numberly & iRobot

iRobot solicited Numberly to analyze its buyers’ data using the Amazon Clean Room.

The aim of this precise data collection was to identify consumer interests and habits using socio-demographic indicators in order to optimize the media planning and distribution strategy. 

A number of conclusions were reached, including 

  • The identification of the age group most represented in the purchasing process 
  • The measure of the impact of advertising campaigns on different consumer groups 
  • The analysis of the socio-demographic characteristics of shoppers, in particular their salary, parenthood and consumer habits.
