We are driven by our commitment to social responsibility. We believe in fostering an inclusive, diverse, and sustainable future—both within the Tech ecosystem and in the wider community. Through different initiatives we aim to boost parity in Tech, promote social inclusion, and support “Tech for Good” projects. We are dedicated to sharing knowledge, empowering youth, and ensuring a fair, socially inclusive approach in all our partnerships.

Partnering with Purpose

Partnership with associations

Since 2004, we’ve worked closely with a diversity of organizations to expand our impact within communities. In collaboration with our historical partners like Télémaque and Latitudes, we actively contribute to meaningful change by encouraging knowledge and experience sharing through youth mentorship and educational workshops: in 2024, our teams dedicated 66 hours to sharing knowledge to partner organizations.

In that matter, we have collected 750 L of goods for Emmaüs, supporting their mission to help those in need.

Skills sponsorship

Our employees are encouraged and empowered to give back to the community by sharing their expertise though skills sponsorship. On their working hours, they can choose to give some time to an association by helping them on a project that requires specific skills they can offer.

Since 2021, volunteering is made easy for our employees with our Wenabi platform: employees can simply sign up for an opportunity or project among those listed on the website. Notable projects include: crafting media campaigns for Entrepreneurs du Monde, conducting studies for La Fondation des Femmes, and co-creating a website for CodePhenix.

Sharing knowledge

Participating in shaping the future of our industry by inspiring the next generation is part of our social responsibility. Numberly experts have the chance to go back to school every year and share their knowledge by teaching eager graduate students: in 2024, we dedicated 150 hours to higher education. We cherish our bond with the academic world, and continue to strengthen it by collaborating on research projects: in total, we have contributed to 15 theses and 30 publications.

Additionnally, we have opened an internal free library where employees can share books, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

Corporate social responsibility & ethics

Our CSR commitments are rooted in strong governance and community engagement. Our Board of Directors is diverse and independent, with 50% of seats held by women and 50% by independent directors. Actively aiming to have a positive impact on our ecosystem, we support young entrepreneurs through mentorship and participation in key digital events, both in France and globally.

In addition to our industry contributions, we actively support academic research, collaborating with universities and research institutions to advance knowledge in our field. Our focus on fostering a responsible governance, nurturing the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and advancing academic inquiry reflects our broader mission to make a positive impact on society.

At Numberly, we aim to foster trust and transparency with our ecosystem. We are committed to making key information accessible and available to all, including meeting notices, General Assembly vote results, and financial statements. Our dedication to transparency extends to our choice of suppliers, ensuring they adhere to our strict Code of Conduct, which promotes compliance with labor laws, combats child labor, and opposes all forms of discrimination and corruption.
We also take data security, integrity, and confidentiality seriously—our commitment is clear: we safeguard client data at every step, and only use it for its intended purposes. Transparency, ethics, and data protection are at the heart of how we operate.

We consider the Open Internet to be primordial in safeguarding European digital sovereignty against the GAFA and guaranteeing a Tech environment that fosters innovation through diversity and free competition. The Open Internet helps foster a plurality of opinion, guarantee a role in digital soft law for the civil society and independence from GAFA for our clients.

As a player in the Tech ecosystem, we are aware of our responsibility and firmly believe we have a role to play in making the internet a better place. As part of our commitment to fostering an Open Internet, we contribute to third-party Open Source coding projects on GitHub and have released several of our projects, to which we dedicate an annual budget.
