Gold Trophy in the "Creativity" and "Customer Experience" categories with L'Oréal Professionnel and Silver Trophy in the "Cross-channel" category with Sofinco

Each year, the Trophées Marketing reveal the most outstanding marketing initiatives in different categories. For this 2020 edition, the awards ceremony was held in a digital format, and Numberly distinguished itself in 3 categories among the finalists.

Cross-channel Category

In the Cross-Channel category, Numberly was rewarded with a Silver Trophy for orchestrating an innovative omnichannel campaign for Sofinco: Les jours énormes, during peak time of the back-to-school season. The campaign includes exclusive offers such as personal loans at attractive rates, as well as the relay of offers from partner brands such as Decathlon, Fnac and Château d’Ax.

The Les jours énormes campaign is available in a variety of offline and online media (email, programmatic display, social networks, etc.). Beyond the richness of the activated media, this campaign is characterised by the cooperation between Sofinco and its powerful network of partners, as well as the quality of the profiles recruited: +30% of leads collected on the web compared to the campaign objectives!

Creativity and Customer Experience Categories

In the Creativity and Customer Experiencecategories, the collaboration between L’Oréal Professionnel and Numberly was awarded with two Gold Trophies ! An innovative mobile app was implemented with a dual objective: to meet the needs of hairdressing professionals while enriching the customer experience: a digital hair colour chart (palettes of locks in different colours), a technical guide and a 3D simulator to try out a new hair colour in real time in augmented reality.
